Steve Medcalf

Steve Medcalf is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at SALT XC since January 2020, Steve previously held the position of SVP, Managing Director at Match Marketing Group, where leadership of the Experiential Marketing practice in Canada was a key responsibility. Prior to that, Steve was President & Managing Partner at Magnet Engagement Group, which was acquired by Match Marketing Group in 2015, and directed national marketing campaigns for prominent brands such as RBC and Ford. Earlier in their career, Steve served as Director of Client Service at LAUNCH! and held the role of Director, Brand Integration at TrojanOne. Steve's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Brock University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Carleton University.
