Maartje Hillege

Maartje Hillege currently serves as Opleidingsmanager vakgebied Onderwijs at Salta Group since July 2023. Previously, Maartje held roles at LOI, including Projectmanager for Hoger onderwijs in the Management, Bedrijfskunde, and Marketing & Commerce domains, as well as Realisatiemanager for HBO Management and Bedrijfskunde, from May 2019 to August 2023. Other experience includes working as Projectcoördinator Onderwijs at Eye Filmmuseum and serving on the board of Vereniging van Meesterschappers. Maartje's teaching career began at Immanuelschool and continued at various institutions, including Sint Janschool and Noordmansschool, where roles included teacher and various coordinative positions. Maartje possesses a Bachelor of Education from HAN University of Applied Sciences and has completed additional trainings in leadership and human resources management, along with other educational certifications.
