Katie Mitchell

Katie Mitchell is currently the VP Operations and Chief of Staff at Saltbox. Prior to this, Katie founded and served as CEO of Happy Camper, a healthy food CPG company. Katie also worked as a Senior Analyst at McKinsey & Company, an Investment Intern at Gray Ghost Ventures, and held various roles in different organizations such as Pie Chicks, Farmerline.org, Meals On Wheels of San Francisco, Inc., and New Sector Alliance. Katie graduated with a B.S. in Commerce, Finance from the University of Virginia.
