Jason Childs

Jason Childs currently serves as Chairman of the Board for Young Brothers, LLC since March 2021 and holds the position of President and CEO at Saltchuk Marine since January 2020, overseeing several companies within the group, including Foss and Young Brothers. Previous leadership roles include Member of the Regional Board of Directors for Alder from January 2021 to January 2023, and Platform President at Esterline from January 2012 to January 2020, where responsibilities encompassed various product lines. Additionally, Jason Childs was President of TA Aerospace, and held the position of Vice President in the Engineered Materials Division at StacoSystems from December 2006 to January 2012, managing sales and operations. Early career highlights include playing as an NFL player for the Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers from 1992 to 1996. Educational qualifications include a Certificate of Business Excellence from the University of California, Berkeley, and an Advanced Program for Leaders from the UW Foster School of Business.
