Mel Kleinert

Mel Kleinert has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mel started their career as a Recruiter at Adecco Group in 1995 and then moved on to Ernst & Young where they worked as a Recruiting Professional and Strategic Sourcing Analyst for six years. Following that, they joined Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies as a Program Leader and Talent Acquisition Partner. In 2009, they worked as a Consultant at Right Management before transitioning to Ivy Tech Community College, where they served as the Assistant Director of Career Services. In 2011, they joined CBIZ Somerset as a Recruiting Manager. Most recently, Mel has been working at Saltmarsh, Cleaveland & Gund as a Recruiting / Learning & Development Manager and is now the Director of People Development. Overall, Mel Kleinert has gained extensive experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, and career services throughout their career.

Mel Kleinert attended Ball State University from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism. During their time at the university, they also pursued minors in Marketing and Speech. In March 2011, Mel obtained a certification in MBTI, although the institution which provided the certification is not specified.
