Martin Williamson-Cary has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Martin began their career at KPMG UK as a Senior Auditor in 1987, where they worked until 1996. Martin then transitioned to the role of Chief Accounting Officer at Cims, a fast-growing European group, from 1999 to 2004. Martin joined Flybe, a regional airline, in 2005 as a Group Accountant during a period of significant change and growth. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Financial Controller at Landmark Information Group, a leading provider of property and environmental risk information. Martin then served as a Division Controller at Parker Hannifin, a Fortune 250 corporation, from 2016 to 2018, before taking on their current role as Head of Finance at Saltrock Surfwear Ltd, a fashionwear company. Throughout their career, Martin has been responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and maintaining internal control environments.

Martin Williamson-Cary completed their high school education at Sir William Borlase Grammar School in Marlow from 1978 to 1984. Martin then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Economics with Statistics at the University of Exeter from 1984 to 1987.
