Ali Khosravi

Ali Khosravi has a diverse range of work experience in the field of DevOps and software development. Ali is currently working as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Salucro Healthcare Solutions. In this role, they have played a key role in migrating microservices from ECS to EKS and has implemented various Kubernetes components such as clusters, deployments, services, ingress controllers, configmaps, and service accounts. Ali has also utilized helm charts for application deployments and services.

Prior to their current role, Ali worked as a DevOps Engineer at ADP from 2019 to 2021. Ali'sresponsibilities included migrating microservices to EKS using a fully automated CI/CD pipeline and utilizing various tools and technologies such as AWS CLI, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Splunk, and Jenkins. Ali also worked on containerizing existing microservices using Docker images with dynamic configuration and deploying them on Kubernetes using kubectl.

Before joining ADP, Ali had an internship at ADP as a DevOps Intern from 2017 to 2019. During this time, they developed Python scripts to parse data from https requests and submit it to an InfluxDB database. Ali also built a Docker image with a Dockerfile for running these scripts and utilized Grafana to create a user interface for analyzing the InfluxDB metrics.

Prior to their internships at ADP, Ali worked as a Software Development Intern at ABB Enterprise Software in 2016. In this role, they programmed correlation matrix algorithms in C# for analyzing energy efficiency data between devices from different power producers. Ali worked in an Agile SCRUM environment and documented component design.

Ali's first internship was at Comverge in 2015, where they worked as an intern in the Solutions Delivery Department. Ali automated the monitoring process for Comverge energy efficiency devices by implementing code in Java to query a SQL database and report the status of the devices.

Overall, Ali Khosravi has gained extensive experience in DevOps, microservices migration, Kubernetes, Docker, scripting, and database management through their various roles and internships.

Ali Khosravi attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
