As a fast-growing company with global operations, the purpose of this role to be the trusted financial partner to the Global Operations Business leadership teams in achieving their strategic and financial goals. This role will be a key member of the FP&A team and work closely with the VP Finance and Operations leadership teams.

Operate and continuously improve the financial performance management processes, reports and KPI’s to enable the Operations business unit to achieve their business goals.
Experience delivering accurate monthly results, forecast and budget pack as well as oversight and distribution of action oriented KPI dashboards.
Experience developing action plans and improvement of reporting capabilities and finance technologies.
Examples include delivery of relevant, insightful, accurate and timely financial information (monthly results, forecast/budget packs), lead the production and distribution of action orientated KPI dashboards (eg COGS and inventory trackers), regular financial performance review meetings with budget holders to review performance, develop action plans and re-projections, improving reporting capabilities and efficiency of delivery to end users (eg use of technologies ERP, BI etc..).

Essential Requirements:
Successful FP&A track record including budgeting/forecasts, management reports and analytics.
Professional Accounting or Finance Qualifications (Chartered, CPA or equivalent)
10+ years commercial experience in a multinational organisation
Strong knowledge of cost accounting and variance reporting with hands on experience working in a manufacturing environment (medical device or pharmaceutical preferred but not required)
Extensive experience in a Manufacturing and Inventory accounting environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders cross-functionally
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams and driving process excellence
Strong in Microsoft Excel, attention to detail and advanced financial modelling
Good working knowledge of MS Powerpoint and Word
Experience with ERP (eg QAD or similar), BI (Workday Analytics, Power BI, or similar)
Outstanding business planning & analysis skills
