Joseph Radford

Joseph Radford is an accomplished engineering professional with expertise in application software development and electronic design. Currently serving as the Application Software Team Leader at Saluda Medical since April 2018, Joseph manages a cross-functional team of engineers and developers, overseeing sprints and conducting reviews with stakeholders in quality, regulatory, and clinical teams. Previously, Joseph gained experience as a Software Engineer at Saluda Medical, focusing on C# applications for medical implants, and held the position of Electronic Design Engineer at Dosec Design, where tasks included software, firmware, and hardware design for telecommunication and instrumentation systems. Joseph began the career as an Electrical Engineer Vacation Intern at Whitehaven Coal, participating in fieldwork and high voltage equipment safety procedures. Joseph holds a Master of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from UNSW.
