Justus Howley

Justus Howley has extensive work experience in the financial industry, with a focus on compliance, regulatory consulting, and client integration. Starting in 2023, they currently hold the position of Vice President at Salus GRC. Previously, they served as Vice President - Shared Services Client Lifecycle and Strategic Delivery at Wells Fargo from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Vice President of Compliance and Regulatory Consulting at Pillar Compliance Group, LLC from 2021 to 2022. Justus also held the role of Senior Manager, Market Operations Americas at Commonwealth Bank of Australia - NY Branch from 2020 to 2021. Justus has also worked as a Senior Consultant at Watson House Investment Management in 2020 and as a Senior Consultant at Perficient from 2019 to 2020. Before that, Justus held various leadership positions at BNP Paribas CIB from 2010 to 2019, including Director/Region Head of Global Markets Client Integration. Justus began their career at Merrill Lynch in 2008 as an Associate in the Client Onboarding and Business Support team. Justus also worked at Lehman Brothers as an Analyst in the Due Diligence Group from 2006 to 2008 and had a brief experience with the Treasury Department of the United States as part of the Special Agent in Training Program in 2006.

Justus Howley began their education at the University of Scranton in 1999, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Criminalistics and Criminal Science. Justus completed their degree in 2003.

In 2004, Justus attended Rutgers University and obtained a Certificate of Core Accounting Competencies in the field of study of Accounting. Justus completed this program in 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Justus has gained various certifications throughout their career. In 2015, they obtained the Series 99 certification from FINRA. In 2018, they acquired the Securities Industry Essentials Examination certification from the same institution.

Justus has also obtained several certifications from the Management & Strategy Institute. In 2019, they received the Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification. The following year, in 2020, they obtained the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification, as well as certifications in Project Management Essentials, Certified Team Supervision, and Scrum Product Owner Certified from the institute.

Continuing their professional development, Justus earned the Scrum Team Member Accredited Certification from the International Scrum Institute™ in 2020. In 2023, they completed certifications in Communications Training and Problem-Solving Training from the Management & Strategy Institute. Justus also obtained the Adaptability/Flexibility Training certification from the institute in the same year.

Additionally, in 2020, Justus acquired the What is Compliance? certification from the University of Pennsylvania.
