Stephanie Ray

Stephanie Ray, MBA, SPHR, serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Salus Group since February 2024, overseeing all operations of the Human Resources Department. Previously, from January 2019 to January 2024, Stephanie was a Human Resources Generalist at Clayton & McKervey, where responsibilities included managing daily HR operations and implementing recruitment software. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Specialist and Associate at United Way for Southeastern Michigan, focusing on recruitment and onboarding processes, as well as various HR internships across multiple organizations. Stephanie holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management and Marketing from Oakland University.
