Laura Genco

Laura Genco currently serves as the Director of Leadership Giving and Community Partnerships at The Salvation Army, a position held since June 2022. Prior to this, Genco worked at the Foundation of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Buffalo from October 2014 to June 2022 as Programs Coordinator, and earlier held various roles, including Development Coordinator at both Buffalo Olmsted Parks Conservancy and Buffalo Academy of the Sacred Heart. Genco's experience also includes positions as a Sales Representative at Avon and Development Consultant for City Honor, along with an early career as Gambit Coordinator at Canisius High School. Genco's educational background includes attendance at Nardin Academy, SUNY at Buffalo, and St. Mark School.
