Annaliza Woo

Annaliza Woo is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director for China & South East Asia Pacific at FERRAGAMO since May 2024. Prior to this role, Annaliza held the position of Head of Human Resources for Asia at Aesop from October 2020 to May 2024, overseeing various aspects including people development and talent acquisition across Greater China, Japan, Korea, and South East Asia. Annaliza also served as Senior Director of Asia Talent at Tapestry from October 2017 to October 2020, where responsibility included driving talent strategy across nine countries. Additionally, from August 2011 to September 2017, Annaliza worked at Coach as Senior Director of Asia TA COE Lead and HR Business Partner. Earlier career experience includes a partnership at Odgers Berndtson, a global executive search firm. Annaliza holds a Hons Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a Certified Executive Coach from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership.
