Salvatore Napoli has extensive experience in the field of visual merchandising and display coordination. Salvatore began their career as a Visual Stylist at Saks Fifth Avenue, where they were responsible for designing displays and visual installations for luxury fashion brands. Salvatore then worked as a Visual Merchandising Coordinator at DOLCE&GABBANA S.r.l, overseeing the windows and visual merchandising of retail and wholesale stores in the Southeast region. Salvatore was later promoted to manage the Madison Avenue boutique. Currently, Salvatore serves as the Director of US Windows & West Coast Visual Merchandising at Salvatore Ferragamo, where they are in charge of the visual merchandising of all stores in the west coast region, as well as the implementation and redesign of window display concepts for all US stores.

Salvatore Napoli received a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Fashion Illustration / Graphic Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2004. In 2002, they also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Illustration from Polimoda. Salvatore Napoli has an additional certification in CAD, though the institution and date obtained are unknown.
