Illona Lafond

Illona Lafond is a Communication & Marketing Assistant at Salveo since October 2023, with prior experience as a Téléconseillère at Centre Relations Clients, where responsibilities included handling calls and emails related to healthcare services. Prior roles also include conducting surveys and managing customer service inquiries for the automotive sector, as well as working as a versatile sales associate at Primark in the children's clothing department. Illona Lafond is currently pursuing a Bachelor in Graphic Design at EFET STUDIO CRÉA, having previously earned a multidisciplinary degree in Art History and Archaeology from Université Lumière Lyon 2 and completed training as a graphic designer at Lignes et Formations.
