Igor Marchenko

Igor Marchenko has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry. Igor started their career in 2009 as a Production Operator at Rosneft, where they were responsible for oilfield development analysis and control. Igor then moved on to become a Geologist, working on the compilation of CWI plans and the creation and update of oilfield and wells databases. Igor also supported the database of "OIS" software data.

In 2013, Igor joined Surgutneftegas as a Lead Geologist, where they were involved in the creation and compilation of wells operational regimes. Igor also arranged and monitored CWI execution and ensured the implementation of well and reservoir surveillance.

Later in 2013, Igor returned to Rosneft as a Lead Geologist and became responsible for hydrocarbon fields development planning and monitoring. Igor selected candidate wells for conducting well interventions and arranged and monitored CWI execution. Igor also played a role in selecting wells for CWI, such as hydraulic fracturing, acid stimulation, and ESP upsize.

In 2018, Igor joined Salym Petroleum Development as a Production Technologist. Igor provided TCP inflow calculation, created workover and completion final diagrams, and maintained completion and workover databases. Igor also led the implementation of business process optimization projects, resulting in significant cost savings for the company. In their most recent role as Lead Production Technologist, Igor managed completions and well interventions, prioritized well interventions for drilling, and collaborated with various departments to ensure efficient field development.

Throughout their career, Igor has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to safety culture maintenance and HSE leadership.

Igor Marchenko's education history is as follows:

- From 2003 to 2008, they attended North-Caucasus State Technical University and received a Master's degree in Geological/Geophysical Engineering.

- In 2018, they briefly attended "Учебный центр 'КОРЭТЕСТ'" for Petroleum Engineering studies.

- In 2017, they participated in training programs at Rosneft and Oilteam Training, focusing on Petroleum Technology/Technician.
