Roman Nerkash has extensive work experience in the field of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) within the oil and gas industry. Roman worked for Salym Petroleum Development, starting in 2018, where they held multiple roles. Roman'smost recent position was as the Head of Well Engineering HSE, starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior HSE Specialist and a Lead HSE Engineer. Before joining Salym Petroleum Development, Roman worked at KCA DEUTAG DRILLING SERVICES (UK) LIMITED from 2012 to 2018 as an HSE Coordinator.
Roman Nerkash attended Tyumen State Oil and Gas University from 2007 to 2012. Roman obtained a degree in engineering with a specialization in oil and gas field exploration and production.
