Beth Pertiller

Beth Pertiller has a diverse work experience with a strong background in operations and organizational development. Beth started their career as the Acting Executive Director at Greensgrow, where they contributed significantly to the organization's expansion. Beth then moved on to Recyclebank, where they held various roles, including Vice President & General Manager and Director of Operations. At Recyclebank, they played a key role in the company's growth and success. After their time at Recyclebank, Beth founded Going Beyond Tours, a company that provided guided tours in northern India. Currently, they are working at Salzburg Global Seminar, where they have held roles such as Director of Administration, Senior Director of Operations, and Managing Director of Operations & Organizational Development. Throughout their career, Beth has demonstrated strong leadership skills, employee development, and a focus on operational optimization.

Beth Pertiller completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Russian Language and Literature from the University of Pittsburgh from 1995 to 1998. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree at the University of Salzburg.
