Deena Crawford

Partnerships Manager - Central and Southwest Region at SAM Labs

Deena Crawford has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Deena began their career as a Hostess at Romano's Macaroni Grill in 2004 and later worked as an Associate Sales Manager at Frederick's of Hollywood from 2003 to 2007. Deena then transitioned into the education field, working as a Bilingual Teacher at Irving ISD from 2007 to 2009 and later at Grapevine-Colleyville ISD from 2009 to 2014. After a brief break, Deena joined Hospitality Fan in 2013 as a Digital Media Specialist and Account Manager until 2018. Deena then returned to Grapevine-Colleyville ISD in 2018 as a Bilingual STEM Team Lead and Dual Language Educator, where they stayed until 2022. Recently, Deena joined SAM Labs in 2022 as an Education Implementation Specialist and was later promoted to Partnerships Manager for the Central and Southwest Region.

Deena Crawford graduated from Oral Roberts University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish, specializing in Spanish Language and Literature. In September 2007, they obtained certification as an EC-6 Bilingual Generalist from the Texas State Board for Education Certification, as well as certification in Secondary Spanish (6-12) from the Texas State Board of Educator Certification.
