Data Scientist at SAM Seamless Network

Adam Fershtman has extensive work experience as a data scientist, researcher, and teaching fellow. Adam is currently employed at SAM Seamless Network as a data scientist since December 2021. Prior to this, they were a postdoctoral researcher and teaching fellow at The University of British Columbia from December 2020 to July 2021. Additionally, they worked at Tel Aviv University from January 2020 to October 2020 as a postdoctoral research fellow and as a research fellow and lab manager from 2012 to 2020. At Tel Aviv University, their roles included research initiation and management, large data processing, statistical analysis, mathematical modeling, construction and automation of experimental facilities, extensive measurements techniques, budget management, and supplier interactions.

Adam Fershtman holds a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the same university from 2013 to 2015. Adam also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University, which they earned from 2009 to 2013.

In addition to their educational background, Adam Fershtman has obtained several certifications. In September 2021, they completed the "Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter Tuning, Regularization and Optimization" course from Coursera. In the same month, they also completed the "Neural Networks and Deep Learning" course from Coursera and the "Python for Data Science and Machine Learning Bootcamp" from Udemy.

Moreover, in October 2021, Adam completed the "Convolutional Neural Networks" and "Sequence Models" courses from Coursera. Adam also completed the "Structuring Machine Learning Projects" course from Coursera in September 2021. Furthermore, Adam obtained the "Machine learning" certification from Coursera in July 2021.

Most recently, in November 2021, Adam Fershtman completed the "PyTorch for Deep Learning with Python Bootcamp" from Udemy.
