Awais Malik

Awais Malik currently serves as Senior Manager Process Costing & Control at Samad Apparel, a position held since July 2011, and has played a significant role in establishing a comprehensive framework for determining costing and profit/loss, along with overseeing job order costing processes. Awais has been actively involved in the organizational lean journey, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations and costing. Previously, Awais held several positions at Samad Rubber Works (Pvt.) Ltd. from October 2009 to June 2011, starting as a Costing Executive and progressing to roles such as Senior Assistant Manager Costing and Deputy Manager Costing & Accounts. Awais holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the Institute of Business Administration at the University of Punjab (2013-2015) and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) HONS. from the University of the Punjab (2005-2009).
