Liana Thomas

Liana Thomas is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management and development. Currently serving as HR Manager and Acting HR Executive at Samancor Chrome since June 2019, Liana has previously held the position of Head of Human Resources at Nkomati Nickel Mine from September 2016 to May 2019. Liana's consulting work as Managing Director at Human Nurture Consultancy involved general HR consultancy, coaching, wellness, and counseling services from November 2013 to September 2016. Additional roles include HR Superintendent at ASA Metals and various HR management positions at Assmang from 2000 to 2013, where responsibilities encompassed training and development, organizational development, performance management, and compliance.
