Amelia Ruslita Ayu boasts a diverse background in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of HR Talent Acquisition at Samara Media & Entertainment since May 2022. Previously, Amelia held various positions including General Affair Supervisor at Famous Allstars, Senior Human Resources and General Affair at Famous ID, and Human Resources Consultant at BetterMind Indonesia. Early career experience includes a role as Senior Officer in Human Resources at PT. ZMG Telekomunikasi Servise Indonesia and as an Associate Recruitment Consultant at Chandler Macleod Group. Amelia earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Islam Negeri Jakarta from 2003 to 2008, following education at Al Azhar Islamic School Indonesia from 2000 to 2003.
