Pamela Smith Chartered Fcipd

Pamela Smith Chartered FCIPD currently serves as the Learning, Development & Innovation Director at Skills People Group since June 2024, while also volunteering as a Listener for Samaritans since May 2021. Previously, Pamela held roles as Co Managing Director at The Skills Train Limited and Director at withsource from October 2020 to June 2024, as well as Executive Director at Tyneside Training Services from July 2022 to January 2024. Additional experience includes positions as Executive Director at Mantra Learning and Human Resources Director at The National Logistics Academy in 2019-2020, along with store management roles at Aldi UK and Tesco from 2012 to 2019. Pamela holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from ICS Learn, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in Project Management, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Law with Management from Lancaster University.
