Zina Mercil is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, therapy, and holistic wellbeing. Currently serving as the Director of Coaching Services at Third Horizon Strategies and a Certified Listener Poet with The Good Listening Project, Zina integrates creative healing arts into healthcare to combat burnout. As a Wellbeing Trainer at LIFE Cross Training, Zina employs neuroscience-based coaching methods to enhance performance and resiliency. Additionally, Zina has contributed as a Senior Trainer and Co-Facilitator at VitalHearts Resiliency Training Initiative, providing support for individuals dealing with secondary trauma. With a diverse background that includes roles as a dancer, singer, actress, and a certified yoga instructor, Zina's expertise is complemented by a Master's degree in Somatic Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience and Music.
