Marissa Guimarães

Marissa Guimarães has worked in various roles since 2008. In 2008, they were an Estagiária de Contabilidade at EGB Serviços Empresariais e Jurídicos, where they were responsible for the closing of the accounts and taxes of around forty companies of the Presumed Profit and Simple National. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at Fobras - Fosforeira Brasileira Ltda, where they held the roles of Supervisora Contábil, Analista Contábil, and Assistente Contábil. During this period, they were responsible for the closing of accounts and costs, the calculation of IRPJ/CSLL, the preparation of financial statements, and the support to other areas and business units. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Consultora de Controladoria at Votorantim, where they attended the business units of the steel segment and cellulose. Marissa was also responsible for the issuance and review of the financial statements of the consolidated Votorantim S/A and the steel segment. From 2014 to 2016, they were the Coordenadora do Curso de Ciências Contábeis at FAEC - INESUL - Instituto de Ensino Superior de Londrina. From 2017 to 2018, they were the Coordenadora Contábil at AGP Group, where they were responsible for the issuance and review of individual and consolidated financial statements of AGP Brasil. From 2018 to 2019, they were the CEO at Contality, where they were responsible for the strategic planning of the company and its clients, consulting and advising accounting offices, and analyzing and defining an action plan to reduce costs and expenses. From 2019 to 2022, Marissa Guimarães was the Head of Finance at Prime Control, where they were responsible for the tax and financial planning of the company, managing the controller's office, and internalizing the outsourced controller processes. Currently, Marissa Guimarães is the CFO | CHRO at Sambatech.

Marissa Guimarães began their educational journey in 2000, when they attended Colégio Estadual João Gueno for their elementary education, which they completed in 2005. Marissa then attended Colégio Estadual do Paraná, where they completed their secondary education in 2006. In 2007, they began attending UniBrasil Centro Universitário, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance in 2011. From 2012 to 2013, they attended Universidade Positivo, obtaining an MBA in Accounting and Control (CPC/IFRS). Marissa then attended Universidade Federal do Paraná, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Physics in 2012. In 2019, they began attending Centro Universitário UniDomBosco, where they earned a degree in Analysis and Systems Development in 2021. Finally, they attended Federal University of Technology - Parana, where they are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration.
