Clyde Hosein

Clyde Hosein currently serves as President and COO of SambaNova Systems, a position held since April 2025. In addition, Clyde has been a member of the Board of Directors for Dentsply Sirona since September 2020, contributing to the Audit Committee and the Science and Technology Committee. From December 2005 to December 2024, Clyde was a member of the Board of Directors for Wolfspeed, where Clyde also chaired the Audit Committee. Previous leadership roles include Chief Financial Officer at AliveCor Inc. (March 2021 - April 2023), Automation Anywhere (December 2017 - March 2021), and RingCentral (August 2013 - May 2017), as well as CFO and COO at Marvell Semiconductor (June 2008 - October 2012) and CFO at IDT - Integrated Device Technology, Inc. (February 2003 - June 2008), Advanced Integrated Technologies (2001 - 2003), and Candescent Technologies (1997 - 2001). Clyde holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from The Polytechnic Institute of New York University.
