Norihiko Murata is a seasoned professional in engineering and project management with extensive experience in technology consulting and business development. Currently serving as a Principal Customer Engineer at SambaNova Systems since April 2022, Norihiko previously held roles at Ricoh Japan as a Senior Technical Consultant, where successful collaboration led to the development of a new communication service utilizing automatic speech recognition and natural language processing. With a career spanning over two decades at RICOH Company Limited, Norihiko contributed to numerous projects, including leading the global launch of interactive whiteboards and cloud-based services, along with significant involvement in software development and customer support initiatives.
