John Baker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and customer success. Currently serving as the Channel Partner Strategic Customer Success Manager at SambaSafety since December 2022, John previously held positions as Sr. Product Manager at First Advantage from March 2022 to December 2022, and Technical Product Manager at OnPoint, a Koch Engineered Solutions Company, from May 2020 to December 2022. Prior to these roles, John dedicated 18 years to HireRight Inc, where the title of Product Manager was held from February 2002 to May 2020.
