Sr. Director of Customer Experience at SamCart

Jenny Woys has worked in the customer experience field since 2007. Jenny began their career at Smiley Media as a Compliance Account Manager and Lead Online Marketing Campaign Optimizer. In 2011, they moved to Adlucent as an Account Manager. In 2015, they joined Written.com as the Director of Client Success. At Written.com, they created and managed processes for client onboarding, client training, client offboarding, client renewal, client engagement, and client retention plans. Jenny also conceived and improved performance document templates and tracked metrics for each client. In 2016, they moved to Marin Software as the Director of Customer Engagement. In 2018, they joined Optimizely as a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager. In 2020, they moved to Postclick as a Sr. Director of Client Services. Currently, they are the Sr. Director of Customer Experience at SamCart and leads a team of 41 leaders and individual contributors.

Jenny Woys obtained their B.A. from the University of Michigan in 2006, majoring in Honors German, Political Science, and Sociology. Jenny obtained their Adwords Certification from Google in October 2016, followed by their Optimizely X Web Foundations certification from Optimizely in October 2018. Most recently, they obtained their CORe Credential of Readiness - Accounting, Economics, and Business Analytics from Harvard Business School in January 2021.
