Rebecca Gonzalez is an experienced office and program manager with a strong background in people experience and operations. Currently serving as an Office Manager at DC BLOX since April 2024, Rebecca previously held various roles at FullStory from June 2019 to January 2024, culminating as a Senior Program Manager focused on enhancing employee experience through data-driven initiatives and co-leading Mi Gente, an Employee Resource Group for Latinx employees. Earlier career highlights include managing operations at Himalayan Trading Post and various roles in hospitality and administrative support. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Berry College.
