Madeleine Delong

Madeleine DeLong is a seasoned professional in healthcare management with extensive operational leadership experience. At Small Door since February 2024, Madeleine manages practice operations. Previously, as Director of Operations at Healthier Wellness from April 2022 to February 2024, Madeleine co-founded services and operations programs for two clinic locations, impacting over one thousand patients and developing a comprehensive five-year business plan. From December 2020 to June 2023, Madeleine served as Regional Clinic Manager at Sameday Health, overseeing 13 clinics and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Earlier roles included Clinic Manager and Assistant Site Manager positions at Sameday Health, where Madeleine excelled in clinical operations and performance monitoring.
