Pascal Guderian

Pascal Guderian is the current Head of Patient Portal at Samedi. Prior to this, they were the Senior Product Manager & Head of Product at tts - we empower people from October 2007 to December 2021. In this role, they were responsible for driving transformation towards lean approaches to product and empowered product teams. Pascal was also responsible for driving testing product assumptions to reach product market fit, preparing and executing go-to-market stages, truly agile product ownership with dedicated development team, strategic product development with strong technical expertise, UX design & prototyping, modern product marketing, business development, and evangelizing on modern employee empowerment methodologies, mobile technologies & agility.

Pascal Guderian began their career as a Research Associate and PhD student at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin from February 2003 to February 2007. Pascal then worked as a Post-Doc Physics Education at Ruhr-Universität Bochum from March 2007 to September 2007 before taking on their role at tts - we empower people.

Pascal Guderian has a Dr. rer. nat. in Physik from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, a Diplom-Physiker in Physik from The University of Göttingen, and is certified by the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Product Owner.

They are on a team with Konstantinos Rousis - Chief Technology Officer, Claudia Both - Director of Product & Project Management, and Ines Möller - Head of Marketing. Pascal Guderian reports to Alexander Alscher, co-Founder & CEO.
