Stephanie Bhaskar-Michalek

Head of Marketing & Communication, DACH at Samedi

Stephanie Bhaskar-Michalek is the current Head of Marketing & Communication for DACH at Samedi. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Sales & Marketing for TÜV Rheinland Asia from September 2015 to May 2017. In this role, Stephanie was responsible for all M&S related campaigns, processes, and vision-driven innovations for the company's six business streams: products, industrial services, mobility, systems, softlines, and academy & lifecare. Stephanie was also responsible for propelling the company's digital transformation and corporate growth strategies, building strategic partnerships, and creating successful marketing initiatives to outperform marketing & sales objectives.

Prior to their role at TÜV Rheinland Asia, Stephanie served as the Head of Marketing Department for FSP TÜV Franchise at the TÜV Rheinland Group from March 2012 to September 2015. In this role, Stephanie was responsible for managing the marketing department and developing marketing plans and strategies to support the franchise's growth objectives.

Stephanie began their career as a Project Manager at AGT-Advanced German Technology in January 2009 and held this position until May 2009. In this role, Stephanie was responsible for managing projects and ensuring that they were completed on time and within budget.

Stephanie Bhaskar-Michalek studied event management at the IHK chamber of commerce in Berlin and the VWA Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie Berlin. Stephanie is now a certified event planner.
