Mirthe Levels

Mirthe Levels currently serves as an HR consultant at Samenwerking A2-gemeenten, a position held since March 2024. Previously, Mirthe worked as a Recruitment Manager for the IT Division at ALTEN Netherlands from September 2021 to March 2024, where responsibilities included managing a recruitment team, stakeholder management, advising on recruitment policies, and involvement in international change processes. Mirthe also held roles as a Corporate Recruiter and Recruitment Coordinator during this time, focusing on technical recruiting, event organization, and onboarding new employees. Earlier experience includes establishing a piano school, conducting an employee satisfaction survey during a graduation internship at Audax, and significant educational achievements, including a Master of Laws in Labour Law and Employment Relations from Tilburg University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Colorado Mesa University.
