Amarens Oldersma currently serves as an Adviseur praktijkleren in the green, food, and hospitality sectors at Samenwerkingsorganisatie Beroepsonderwijs Bedrijfsleven (SBB) since July 2021. Beroepsonderwijs en bedrijfsleven zijn samen verantwoordelijk voor een goede aansluiting van het beroepsonderwijs op de arbeidsmarkt. Een van de speerpunten is doelmatigheid. Dat wil zeggen dat het opleidingsaanbod zo veel mogelijk aansluit op de vraag uit de arbeidsmarkt én dat publieke en private middelen effectief worden ingezet om de kwaliteit van het opleidingsaanbod te waarborgen.
