Otto Gruijters

Otto Gruijters is an experienced advisor and trainer in the field of practical learning, currently serving as Adviseur Praktijkleren within stichting Samenwerking Beroepsonderwijs Bedrijfsleven (SBB) since August 2015, focusing on the mobility, transport, logistics, and maritime sectors in the Zuid Kennemerland labor market region. Prior to SBB, Otto held the position of Opleidingsadviseur at VOC from October 2009 to July 2015, where responsibilities included coaching, training, and managing programs to ensure sustainable employment and skill development for workers. Otto has pursued extensive education in coaching and training, culminating in a Master’s degree as a Training Actor in 2022, along with various certifications in professional leadership, coaching, and management.
