Alma Owen

Alma Owen is a seasoned professional in health content and education, currently serving as a Senior Health Content Specialist at SameSky Health since August 2021, having previously held the position of Health Content Specialist. Prior to this role, Alma spent nearly nine years at Andree as an Educator, specializing in English Language Arts and ESL, as well as participating in examination activities for Cambridge credentials and TOEFL instruction. Alma's teaching experience also includes roles at Universidad Mayor and EducationUSA, along with serving as a Spanish Teacher at Notre Dame Academy, where responsibilities encompassed Advanced Placement courses and student advisory roles. Alma holds a Master's degree in Latin American, Iberian, and Caribbean Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and Portuguese from Miami University, complemented by ongoing studies at Universidad Andres Bello and Universidad de Belgrano.
