Aubrey brings over five years of people operations experience in health-tech startups to her role as Director of People Operations. Since joining SameSky Health, Aubrey has formalized and improved their approach to recruiting, talent, performance management and compensation. She works closely with their senior leadership to develop progressive people operations strategies, while aiming to create a positive work culture with an emphasis on inclusion, empowerment and belonging.
