Krister Karlsson currently serves as the COO and Vice VD, Chef Fastighetsutveckling at Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB since July 2016. Prior to this role, Krister held various positions at Rikshem AB, including Chef Plan och Fastighetsutveckling and Chef Projekt och Fastighetsutveckling from November 2011 to May 2016. Experience also includes serving as Regional Manager Baltics and Property Developer at NCC Property Development Baltic AB from August 2006 to October 2011, as well as working as Projektchef at NCC Boende from 2002 to 2006 and Site Manager at NCC Construction from 1990 to 2000. Krister Karlsson's education includes studies at Uppsala Universitet in 2003, Rudbecksskolan from 1988 to 1990, and Lindeskolan from 1983 to 1987.
