Nayara Alves Carreira

Nayara Alves Carreira is a marketing professional with extensive experience in CRM and communication strategy. Currently serving as Coordenadora de Marketing - CRM at Sami since January 2021, Nayara leads communication initiatives and engagement actions. Previously, at Laureate International Universities from March 2017 to January 2021, Nayara specialized in retention strategies for postgraduate students and taught marketing and communication courses as a Professor de Educação a Distância. Additional experience includes roles at Senac Brasil, Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, and Banco Citibank S.A., where Nayara focused on marketing, relationship management, and operational improvements. Nayara holds a Master's degree in Marketing from ESPM and a postgraduate degree in Distance Education Management from Universidade Federal Fluminense, in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Administration from FMU.
