Neeraj Yadav

Neeraj Yadav has been working in recruitment since 2006. Neeraj began their career at Iris Software Inc. as a Lead Associate - Recruitment Specialist (Capital Market & Investment Banking), where they were responsible for recruitment for contract positions in US for financial clients. Neeraj then moved to Lead US Technical Recruiter/Recruitment Specialist (Financial Services) and Executive Resourcing (Talent Acquisition Group). In 2018, Neeraj Yadav joined Samiti Technology, Inc. and held three roles: Recruitment Head (US & Canada) - Fintech Clients, Recruitment Manager (US & Canada) - Financial Services, and Team Lead - US Recruitment (Fintech Group). In this role, they were responsible for managing the entire recruitment life cycle, identifying and recommending sourcing strategies, and liaising with select vendors for identified requirements. Neeraj also lead and mentored the US Recruitment team.

Neeraj Yadav completed their 10th grade at Assisi Convent School, Etah in 1997-1998. Neeraj then went on to pursue a B.Tech in Information Technology at Radha Govind Engineering College, Meerut from 2001-2005.
