Chandan Ram

Chandan Ram has extensive experience in technical evaluation and appraisals within the real estate and housing finance sectors. Currently serving as the Area Technical Head at Sammaan Capital Limited since August 2018, Chandan is responsible for the technical evaluation of proposals and the empanelment of valuers for immovable properties. Previous roles include Deputy Manager - Technical at Shubham Housing Development Finance Company, where Chandan was accountable for evaluations in Haridwar and nearby areas, and Senior Technical Officer at Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd., responsible for evaluations in multiple locations including Haldwani and Rudrapur. Chandan's career began at Ambuja Cements Ltd. as a Junior Technical Officer. Chandan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, along with a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
