Maurine McManus-Ulmer has more than 20 years of experience in various roles within human resources. Maurine began their career at Sam's Club as a Team Supervisor in Customer Service, where they worked until 1998. In 1998, they joined Midland National Life as a Team Lead in Policy Change, and later transitioned to a role in Talent Acquisition. In the same year, they also started working at the Sammons Financial Group Companies as a Director of Human Resources and Business Partner, focusing on Employee Relations and Employment Law. Within this company, Maurine held roles as an HR Consultant specializing in Employment Law and Compensation, and currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Human Resources. Throughout their career, Maurine has demonstrated a strong ability to manage projects, implement new programs, mitigate risk, and provide consultation to employees at all levels. Maurine is also known for promoting team collaboration and partnership towards achieving common company objectives.
