Michael Leatherman has extensive experience in operations and management within the financial services industry, currently serving as Manager of Operations Support at Sammons Financial Group Companies since October 2015. Previously, Michael held several key positions at American Equity, culminating in the role of Senior Director from March 2008 to October 2015. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Western Illinois University, coupled with prior education at Truman State University and Rock Island High School.
