Nick Dell

Nick Dell is an experienced professional with a strong background in business intelligence and data architecture. Currently serving as a System Architect for Enterprise Data and Integrations at Sammons Financial Group Companies since October 2020, Nick previously held roles at Mercer from August 2014 to October 2020, including Business Intelligence Team Lead and Senior Business Analyst, where responsibilities included managing a team, developing analytics, and maintaining a data warehouse. Nick's earlier experience includes business consulting at MetLife, where analytical reporting and database management were key focuses, as well as being the owner of Des Moines Rail Jam, a non-profit initiative promoting winter sports. Nick's career began as a Lead Snowboard Instructor at Seven Oaks Recreation, alongside accounting roles at MetLife. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Iowa State University and participated in a non-degree program focusing on Business in the European Union at Universitat d'Alacant.
