Dan Babarykin

Dan Babarykin is a seasoned product design professional with extensive experience in the e-commerce and digital product sectors. Currently serving as Product Design Manager at Samokat since July 2022, Dan previously held the position of Head of Product Design at OZON.ru from May 2018 to April 2022, where significant contributions included establishing a design community and developing a design system for B2C products. At Lamoda Group, from June 2013 to May 2018, Dan led a team focused on enhancing web and mobile experiences, including innovative applications for Smart TVs and Apple Watch. Earlier roles included UX Designer at Mebelrama.ru, Art Director and UX Designer at Rekarto Group and Kinohod.ru, and UI Designer at Rambler, where Dan contributed to high-profile projects, including Olympic Games sites. Dan holds a degree from Moscow State University of Food Production (MGUPP), obtained between 1997 and 2001.
