Vladislav Shargin

Vladislav Shargin has an extensive work experience in recruitment and HR consulting. Vladislav currently holds the position of Head of Recruitment at Samokat.tech, starting in January 2022. Prior to this, they served as Head of Recruitment at Algorithmics Global from August 2020 to January 2022, and at KROK from February 2020 to August 2020. Vladislav also worked at Yandex, where they held various roles including Head of Recruitment at Yandex.Market from October 2018 to February 2020, Recruitment Team Lead (IT) from January 2017 to February 2020, and IT Recruiter from August 2013 to August 2018. Before joining Yandex, Vladislav worked at Ackvius HR Consulting as a Consultant, IT & Telecom from October 2012 to August 2013, and as a Junior Consultant, IT & Telecom from March 2011 to October 2012.

Vladislav Shargin pursued their Master's degree in Information Technology from 2006 to 2011 at the Moscow State University of Humanities named after M.A. Sholohov, which was formerly known as the Open Pedagogical University.
