Allan Nisted

Allan Nisted has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in tax and law. Allan is currently the Head of Tax at Sampension since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Tax Officer at Sampension from January 2020 to April 2022. Allan also has experience working at A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S as an Attorney at Law, specializing in M&A and Special Projects (Tax) from August 2018 to January 2020, and as a Tax Manager from January 2014 to January 2020. Allan has also worked at PFA Pension as a Tax Specialist from July 2010 to December 2013. Earlier in their career, Allan worked at FLSmidth as a Tax Adviser, gaining extensive experience in setting up cross-border legal entities. Allan was also an Assistant Professor of Law & Economics at the University of Copenhagen from February 2003 to June 2008. Allan has held positions at Danish National Tax Tribunal and SKAT as well.

Allan Nisted began their education in 1994 at the University of Copenhagen, where they pursued a Master of Law (LLM) degree. Allan successfully completed this program in 2000. In 2002, they enrolled at Copenhagen Business School to further their education in the field of finance. Allan completed a Graduate Diploma in Finance in 2005.
