Christian Due

Christian Due has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Christian started their career at Danmarks Nationalbank as a Project Manager, where they managed the development and implementation of IT-systems for the Danish centralised securities database. Christian then moved on to the European Central Bank as a Project Manager, overseeing the Macroeconomic Projection Database Application project.

Christian continued their career at Danmarks Nationalbank as a Project Quality Manager and Operational Risk Manager, responsible for setting up a new disaster standby site and managing the Balance of Payments project. Christian then joined FIH Erhvervsbank A/S as a Senior Project Manager, leading the Deposit project.

Following this, they joined PFA Pension as a Senior Project Manager and Programme Manager. In these roles, they managed various programs and projects aimed at improving production ratios, minimizing costs, and implementing new life insurance systems.

Currently, Christian is working at Sampension, where they hold the position of Kundedirektør and Executive Director. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Secretariat, Vice President, and Head of Strategy and Project Portfolio. Overall, Christian has proven himself as a skilled leader and project manager in various financial institutions.

Christian Due's education history begins in 1996 when they enrolled at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen. Christian pursued a degree in M.Sc Economics and completed their studies in 2002.

In 2010, Christian attended a program called Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), where they achieved the MSP Foundation and Practitioner certification.

The following year, in 2011, they obtained the Prince 2 Foundation qualification.

In 2013, Christian enrolled in a course on Risk Management at CBS Executive Fonden.

In 2018, they pursued two separate courses at CBS Executive Fonden. The first course focused on Pension and Insurance and was titled "Grundkursus for bestyrelsesmedlemmer - Pension og Forsikring." The second course centered around Public Affairs, Lobbying, and Stakeholder Relations.
